Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Revlex.AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Revlex.AI platform and AI-powered eDiscovery services (collectively, the “Services”).

Important: By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

Description of Services

Revlex.AI provides an AI-powered eDiscovery platform for legal professionals. Our Services include the following capabilities:

Contradiction detection in email communications (Truth Engine)
PII detection and protection with Privacy Shield Dashboard
Enterprise AI search — keyword, semantic, and natural language
AI Copilot for document navigation and case analysis
Automated fact extraction and case chronology
Smart Decisions for AI-assisted document coding
DAT file ingestion and processing
Deposition preparation with AI-generated questions

Note: Our Services are designed to assist legal professionals in document review. They are not a substitute for professional legal judgment.

Account Registration

Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach at [email protected]

Acceptable Use

Permitted Use

You may use our Services only for lawful purposes, including legitimate eDiscovery, legal research, and document review activities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account:

Uploading content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure
Interfering with or disrupting the Services or server infrastructure
Reverse engineering or decompiling any aspect of the Services
Using the Services to build or develop competing products or services
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Uploading malware, viruses, or any malicious code

Intellectual Property

Our IP
Revlex.AI Platform
The Services, including software, algorithms, user interfaces, and documentation, are owned by Revlex.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
Your IP
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Data Processing & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to data processing as described therein.

Data Confidentiality: We treat all client data as strictly confidential. We do not access, use, or disclose your documents except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by applicable law. Your data is never used to train our AI models without your explicit written consent.

AI-Generated Analysis

Our Services use artificial intelligence to analyze documents and provide insights. You acknowledge and accept the following inherent characteristics of AI-assisted analysis:

Assistance, Not Conclusions
AI analysis is provided as assistance only and does not constitute definitive legal conclusions or professional advice.
Possibility of Error
AI may produce errors, omissions, or incomplete analysis. No AI system is infallible.
Human Review Required
Human review and professional legal judgment remain essential at every stage of the discovery process.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for independently verifying all AI-generated outputs before reliance or use in legal proceedings.

Fees & Payment

Fees for our Services will be specified in your individual subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in your subscription terms.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the following limitations apply to our liability:

Fee Cap — Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

Indirect Damages — We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

Business Losses — We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.

Disclaimer of Warranties

As-Is Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that any particular result or outcome will be achieved through use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revlex.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Services
  • Your violation of any provision of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights
  • Any content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Services

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination of your account:

  • Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked
  • We will delete or return your data in accordance with our retention policies
  • All outstanding fees remain due and payable

Survival: The provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and indemnification shall survive any termination of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
